This is an original antique imperial japanese army cap. The overall condition is very good, see the ipctures i have provided. All sides can be seen, nothing hidden. I think you'll agree it's in great shape still.There is a few small wera spots and minor soiling. This no doubt can be cleaned up and made to look even better than it does now. I haev made no attempts to clean it and it has not been tampered with. All original. The headband is ni good shape and still has the original ribbon running through it.
Chinstrap complete with both buttons remaining. The headband measures 20-3/8 inches. Inside the lining has the soldier's name, kudo. See my other auctions for more very rare items from japan. I am now selling my personal collection of japanese militaria and related items.
