Wwii Japanese Samurai Sword Tsuba GuntoAt auction, clean and minty wwii japanese sword. Guaranteed 100% original wwii japanese. Overall blade is very clean, just a couple minor spots of light staining. Temper line can be seen entire length of blade and into the tip. Blade cutting edge is 27 1/4 inches long. Very deep sori (curve) at 1 3/8 inches. No nicks, chips, cracks or bends. Blade is signed by teh maker. I believe it is signed kanehide, but not real sure of hte last kanji. Also has some lacquer numbers along with a paper tag attached. Handle and fittings are very mint, see photos. Handle wrap is tight, no fraying ro loss. Push button latch wokrs perfect. Tsuba and fittings have matching numbers. Scabbard has two minor dents. Please see photo. cSabbard is made of steel not aluminum. Paint si 99.9%. Scabbard fittings also haev nice color.
